Eligibility Requirements:

• Guest must be at least 28 years of age and creditworthy. 
• If married, both husband and wife must complete a 90 minute sales presentation. Participants traveling with another adult(s) should note that you and all other adults must complete the presentation and tour together. (Separated is considered the same as married and cohabitants are considered same a single.)
• If married, a combined gross annual income of at least $55,000 is required. If single, a personal gross annual income of at least $55,000 is required.
• You must not have filed any form of Bankruptcy protection in the past 12 months, are not currently debtors in any bankruptcy action and are not in the process of filing bankruptcy, and if on your credit report a bankruptcy filing is noted, that bankruptcy is a closed proceeding.
• All guests must provide two forms of identification at time of check-in at the Welcome Center and also during tour registration. One form of ID must be a major credit card (check book) and the other a picture ID (such as a license).
• You must be a US citizen or a permanent resident.
• This offer is valid only during your scheduled arrival date and is limited to one per family, group or household.
• This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Accommodations include a standard hotel room located in the Virginia Beach resort area. Maximum of four persons to a room. No guest will be accommodated at the Beach Quarters, Turtle Cay or Boardwalk resorts.
• This package does not include incidentals, charges for room safes, phone calls, transportation or meals (other than those meals which might be included in the package).
• You must complete your tour or you will be charged full retail price for your stay.
• Occupancy will not be available until 4pm. Tour times and accommodations are scheduled on first come first serve basis. Therefore, you may check in at the Welcome Center to verify your day and tour time after 10AM.
• If you choose to cancel, you do not show up, or if you do not qualify you will incur an additional charge of $59. You are permitted to reschedule one time subject to a minimum of 5 days' notice and based on availability. Failure to provide a minimum of a 5 day's notice will result in forfeiture or rescheduling. You may reschedule to arrive within 30 days from your original arrival date. A minimum rescheduling fee of $15 will apply. Rates may vary due to the season. When rescheduling, confirm your rate.
• Gold Key employees, owners, contractors or anyone who has toured a Gold Key Resort property within the last 12 months are not eligible.
